The “Supply Cellar” exists to maintain Lower Saxony’s customs, to enjoy life together and to preserve the regional food and drinking culture. Almost unbelievable and yet true: It took almost 30 years to perfectly implement the idea of our own wine bar in historical garb in a former coal cellar in Hildesheim's Oststadt. The result is a haven of peace and serenity, open in the evenings from 6 p.m., when it makes sense to recover from the hustle and bustle of the day or a long journey. Non-smoking area.
